Our Fully Managed service offers landlords a complete, hands-off solution for the ongoing management of their rental property. This service is designed to ensure the property is professionally managed, legally compliant, and maintained throughout the tenancy, while maximising rental income and minimising stress for the landlord.
From initial marketing through to day-to-day management and tenancy conclusion, we act as the primary point of contact for both landlord and tenant.
Fees: The Fully Managed service is charged as an ongoing management fee, typically calculated as a percentage of the monthly rent. A tenancy set up fee does apply. Additional charges may apply for specialist services or non-standard work.
