Our Let Only service is designed for landlords who wish to retain full control of their property after a tenant has been successfully placed, while benefiting from professional marketing, tenant selection, and legal compliance at the outset of the tenancy.
Under this service, we manage the letting process from start to finish up to the point of tenant move-in, after which ongoing management responsibilities transfer to the landlord.
Fees : The Let Only fee is a one-off charge, payable at the commencement of the tenancy. No ongoing management fees apply. A tenancy set up fee does apply.

Preparation of the tenancy agreement (e.g. Assured Shorthold Tenancy)

Registration of the deposit with a government-approved scheme

How to Rent Guide EPC Gas Safety Certificate (if applicable)

Once the tenant has moved in, all ongoing responsibilities rest with the landlord, including but not limited to:
