I first came across Property Link in 2007 when I was experiencing problems with a non-paying tenant. Phillip was the only letting agent in Bath who was able to give me qualified legal advice about how to deal with the tenant for a nominal fee (saving me hundreds of pounds). We subsequently removed the tenant and Property Link found a solid replacement. They have managed the property ever since and I haven't had to worry about a thing.
As they are a family run business they are able to deliver a personal service for reasonable fee and I have the piece of mind of being able to deal with the proprietors when I need to.

I have known Julie and Philip for a number of years as they used to manage my husband's properties until their move to Spain . When they returned a couple of years ago, I was managing a property for my son and as the tenant was leaving, I asked Julie & Philip whether they could find us a new one. Not only did they find one immediately, they also managed to get a considerable uplift on the rent, so we asked them to take over the complete management of the property. Since that time, there have been a couple of changes of tenant but no voids and they have managed to maintain the increased rental. The tenants they have found have been really good and kept the property in excellent order so we have not any major redecoration or cleaning when they left.
I find Julie and Philip very thorough, with excellent knowledge about the market, detailed and current paperwork and very efficient administration. This is so refreshingly different from the previous property managers that we had been using but had to terminate through gross inefficiency. And on top of that, they are delightful people with great integrity who are so approachable and give such a personal service. I highly recommend them and their company.
